Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification email or SMS with tracking details.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

As we operate on a dropshipping model, products may be shipped from local or international suppliers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local products: 3–7 working days

  • International products: 10–20 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, customs clearance, and courier performance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,999.

  • Orders below Rs. 2,999 may have a delivery fee of Rs. 200–300, depending on your location.

  • Any custom duties or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear, especially for international orders.

5. Possible Delays

We always aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Customs or import clearance

  • Unfavorable weather conditions

  • Supplier or courier delays

  • Peak sale seasons
